Garlic Mustard is a seriously invasive alien plant. Left to
itself, it can completely take over an area, crowding out all
native plants. Feel free to pull up (and eat) as much of this
plant as you can. The crushed plant smells of garlic, hence
its name.
To prepare Garlic Mustard, simply boil or steam the whole
plants (the part that's above ground).
